Tuition & What's Included The $1,450 TOUR tuition (reduced from $2,250) includes a reserved seat on our private charter bus, full trip logistics, daily breakfast, hotel accommodations (three athletes per room), official TOUR gear, and social media exposure across @‌QBMagTOUR.

Tuition does NOT include lunch, dinner, flights, or college camp fees (those are paid directly to the colleges).

School Finals The College Camp + Bus TOUR may coincide with school finals, so athletes might need to take their finals early. Please coordinate with teachers in advance to classify the TOUR as an "educational trip" and arrange for your athlete to complete finals ahead of schedule. It is the parent's responsibility to inform teachers and make the necessary arrangements.

Payment & Refunds The TOUR offers monthly installment payments to secure your athlete's spot. For example, if payments start in June 2027 and run through April 2027, that's an 11-month window—$1,450 ÷ 11 = $131.82/month.

Full refunds are available until the TOUR books non-refundable hotels and charter bus reservations—typically in early spring 2027. At that time, you will be notified and given the choice to either continue with the TOUR or receive a full refund.

Parent Attendance The charter bus is reserved for athletes first. Parents are welcome to attend the TOUR by following the bus in a minivan caravan with other parents.
